Orders

Chloe Gosselin may, in its sole discretion, choose to not process or to cancel your order in certain circumstances. This may occur, for example, when the product is out of stock or has been mispriced, we suspect the request is fraudulent, or in other circumstances Chloe Gosselin deems appropriate in its sole discretion. Chloe Gosselin also reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take steps to verify your identity to process your order. Chloe Gosselin will either not charge you or refund the charges for orders that we do not process or cancel. If an item is mispriced, Chloe Gosselin will notify you by email. In addition, Chloe Gosselin reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated full retail price. All prices are quoted in DOLLARS, and DO NOT INCLUDE import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes.

1. Modifications. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

2. Product Descriptions. Chloe Gosselin attempts to provide accurate descriptions of products available for purchase. Chloe Gosselin does not warrant, however, that the descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product or service offered on the Chloe Gosselin Sites is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the item, as specified herein.

3. Payment. Payment is due and payable to Chloe Gosselin immediately upon sale and shall be remitted by Swipe, Paypal, Venmo providing your debit or credit card information, you hereby authorize Chloe Gosselin, or our credit card processors, to charge your card for the total cost of your purchase, and you agree to be responsible for all associated charges. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in connection with a purchase will be accurate, current and complete. 

Shipping

Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 3:00pm CET will be processed that day. Other orders will be processed the following business day. Please note that shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.

For domestic and International orders, customers will receive shipping confirmation as well as a tracking number for their order via email once an order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

Domestic and International Shipping varies per region. The customer will be responsible for Import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes on international orders. 

For packages returned due to failed delivery attempt (after the first delivery attempt), we charge an additional shipping fee to reship the package, in addition to any costs incurred due to return service and delivery charges. 

Returns

Sale items at 50% off or more are final sale.

Returns require authorization, which can be obtained by email request sent to info@chloegosselin.com. A 15 USD charge will be deducted from your refund for return shipping costs.

Domestic and International orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if a user is not satisfied with the item. All items for return must be unworn, unaltered, and must have all original tags attached and must be in their original packaging (if applicable). We will issue you a full refund minus return shipping cost for returns made in compliance with the above.

If an item is damaged, defective or sent in error, we will send you a replacement at no extra charge to you and/or pay for any return shipping.  

Items returned COD will not be accepted. 

Once a return has been received and accepted, a credit or refund will be processed within 14 business days. Customers will be notified via email when the return is complete.

Please follow the instructions included in your invoice and returns guidance to make a return. Securely pack and seal the merchandise to be returned in an appropriate box or envelope and send back using the return shipping label sent you by info@chloegosselin.com.  You will be provided with the Returns Guidance and return shipping label when you request a returns authorization.

Sales Tax & Duties

The sales tax quoted at time of checkout is only an estimate. The final total sales tax will be reflected on your invoice and will include state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees. We are currently obligated to collect sales tax in Nevada. Each state's tax laws specify what purchases are subject to sales tax.

If you are located outside of the European Union, you will receive a duty bill from the shipper to receive your order. If the shipper does request additional payment, these must be paid in order to receive your goods. If you are located within the European Union, the item(s) you have ordered are inclusive of all import duties, charges and taxes. You will not receive a duty bill from the shipper to receive your order. If the shipper does request any further duty costs to be paid, please contact info@chloegosselin.com.
